When a staff member accepts a position within the University but outside of Student Life, their new department will complete the personnel action form (ePA) that ends their current Student Life assignment and begins the new assignment. The employee should submit a written notice of resignation to their Student Life supervisor and coordinate a transition plan.
When completely resigning from UA, an employee should submit a written notice of resignation to their supervisor. The supervisor will provide a written acceptance of your resignation.
